I’m Dr. Róna Girvan — GP, Lifestyle Medic, Coach, and Speaker — and I deliver real-world keynotes and workshops that equip young people and teachers with the tools to stay grounded, resilient, and inspired in today’s fast-paced world.

Empowering the Next Generation to Thrive

I qualified as a medical doctor in 2014, now working as GP, I certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner 2022, and have trained in yoga, reiki, somatic practices, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

 

My journey has been driven by a passion to bridge the gap between medical science, mindset and holistic wellbeing, especially for young people navigating the complexities of today's world.

Reflecting on my own school years, I vividly remember the immense pressure to excel academically, the constant quest for validation, and the overwhelming fear of not measuring up.

 

These experiences have fueled my mission: to ensure that students and educators are equipped with the tools to break free from these cycles and fulfil their amazing potential in this one sacred and precious life.

Through engaging talks and workshops, I aim to:

  • Inspire students to define their own version of success, rooted in self-compassion and authenticity.

  • Empower educators with strategies to foster supportive and resilient learning environments for themselves and the students.

  • Plant seeds of self-awareness and emotional intelligence that will flourish throughout their lives.

 

By integrating evidence-based practices with heartfelt storytelling and simple yet effective self coaching exercises. I strive to create spaces where young individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

 

Together, let's nurture a generation that is confident, compassionate, and poised to fulfil their full potential and make meaningful contributions to the world.
