Hi, I’m Dr. Róna — GP, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, certified Life & Health Coach, yoga teacher, somatic practitioner… and mum.
But beyond the titles? I’m a woman who once looked like she had it all together, while secretly running on fumes.
For years, I was the queen of “start strong.”
I could outrun anyone in discipline — the 5am alarms, the perfect meal prep, the workouts, the inbox zero, the tidy house, the polished presentation. From the outside, it looked like success.
Inside? I was anxious, irritable, exhausted, and constantly starting over.
The truth was simple but hidden:
I wasn’t failing because I lacked discipline.
I was failing because I was running on pressure, not presence.
I was changing the what I did, without ever shifting who I believed I was. And no matter how perfect the system, I’d always circle back to burnout and a massive binge of food, TV, shopping.
The turning point came when I finally slowed down enough to listen to my body. What looked like “lack of willpower” was really a nervous system stuck in survival mode. That’s when I stopped relying on motivation — and started building habits from safety, self-trust, and compassion.
That’s how The Balance Method™ was born — my blueprint for calm, clarity, and habits that actually last.
